How do you select your caregivers?
We have a thorough and extensive selection process that includes a personality test, pre-screening of questions to learn more about their customer service skills, work ethics, vulnerability, and character as an individual. Our caregivers have also passed a nationwide criminal background check and 12-panel drug screen. We also conduct regularly check-ins and evaluations to ensure that our caregivers are meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients.
Do you offer free consultations?
Of course, we offer free consultations. This way you can discuss your personal needs and concerns with one of our Care Coordinators.
As we learn more about your expectations of us we will partner with you to develop a plan of care to maximize your love one's capabilities and support them to the fullest. We will work together to help them be the best they can be.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Yes, our services are generally covered by Private Pay and Long Term Care Insurance. We work with the insurance companies to provide the documentation required by to file for reimbursement to the family. It would be best to check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.
