North Star Gems In-home Care was established to meet and fulfill the need for top quality, trustworthy caregivers with integrity, experience, and intelligence.
We understand many families are still apprehensive about hiring another in-home care agency to provide "sitters" to assist their loved ones. The search for quality caregivers who can act as an extension of their own family is not a task to be taken lightly.
One of our first priorities was to create a system to perfectly match our clients with their caregiver, or as we like to refer to as GEM so that so that both feel like valued members of a family, not "paid help".
